4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove personal items or obstructions affecting work (unless part of our clean-out service)

Failure to prepare the site may affect project timelines or cost.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

We do our best to meet agreed-upon timelines. However, scheduling may change due to:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable depending on materials or prep work already completed.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer

  • Conditions outside our control (weather, access, unforeseen obstacles)

Customers are encouraged to disclose any known risks or special site conditions.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work.
However, unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • We do not provide warranties beyond those required by law

  • We do not guarantee outcomes affected by pre-existing damage, poor prior workmanship, or factors outside our control

Any guarantees or additional commitments will be discussed as part of your project agreement.
